Cancellation policy:
Against booking.

.The total amount of room rent is to be given as advance.
.The room rent amount will not be refunded if the room is not occupied on the booking date.
.The booking can be allowed to cancel before one week 50% of the amount will be refunded & if cancelled after due date the total amount will be
  forfeited.
